Welcome to The Connecticut Running CampThe Connecticut Running Camp is a day camp for high school cross country runners, including those entering 9th grade or having recently graduated, that gives young athletes more than a place to simply run for a week with their peers. Middle school athletes that are accustomed to running - can run at least four miles - are also welcome.
With our early start of July 16th, we will teach you fundamental and advanced techniques for distance running so you can enjoy summer and in-season training which helps you reach your goals and beat your competition. Camp News:
