Through lecture and practical application, The Connecticut Running Camp aims to teach athletes the myriad components that produce not only the fastest times but the most consistency, the healthiest training and racing, and greatest enjoyment. Athletes will learn that many things they do outside of practice and during their off seasons can enhance their scholastic running performance.

The “One-Percenter Principle” is based on the belief that 99 percent of your running ability is derived from your typical running.
